Q: What is “Soft Play”?

A: Soft play is foam play equipment that is safe and fun to play on.  There are wedges to crawl up, tunnels to go through, ball pits to play in, blocks to stack, and more! It’s the perfect way to keep your active kiddos entertained while also keeping your mind at ease.


Q: How often is the equipment sanitized & what product do you use?

A: We thoroughly sanitize all of our equipment (including each individual ball) before and after each event using CleanSmart Disinfectant Spray Mist, which kills 99.9% of Viruses, Bacteria, Germs, Mold, Fungus and leaves no chemical residue! Your kids’ safety and health is our number one priority!


Q: Can the equipment be setup outdoors?

A: Yes! All of our equipment can be set up either indoors or outdoors. However, if there is a high chance for rain, we will not set up the play space outdoors. If there is not an indoor back-up location for your event, you will receive a full refund.


Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 7 – 13 days will receive a 75% refund. Cancellations made within 1 – 7 days will receive a 50% refund.


Q: Where do you deliver and how much does it cost?

A: Delivery is FREE within a 20 mile radius of The Woodlands, TX. Anything outside of this radius is an additional fee determined based on the location.
